The market internals continue to improve. The screened stock ratio also continues to improve at 10 to 2 favoring buying. The last trading day of the year 2000, should be a positive one.

The stock screening had a lot of the same stocks return, energy stocks dominated again. Strangely, the well known high tech stocks like CIEN, EMC, NTAP, ORCL, etc., are not showing up. I can only surmise that they are either not hitting above their average daily volume, or still have a balance of insider sales. I suspect the latter. These are stocks I like in a longer term portfolio and watch for entry points anyway.

Long plays: BJS, COHR, DIGX, GDT, NIS, NVS, PATH, PRGN and XTO.

Good Trading!!
