However, certain circumstances that have occurred in the past couple of days have forced me to postpone this address till the end of next week. I will tell you today that Overseas Communications Limited, a company in which I own a third of the stock, has just acquiered over 1.8 million shares of TVCP.
Yes, it is my belief that we (TVCP share price) have bottomed out, and the company is headed for a strong recovery in its share price in the very near future.

Why Zwebner's 33%-owned Overseas Communications Ltd. "acquired" 1.8 million common shares of TVCP (newly issued shares):
1. "Acquired" price was probably at a significant discount from market (25-35% discount). Probably as low as 3.9 cents per share acquisition price.
2. Overseas Communications Ltd. has been selling a significant amount of TVCP during the year at MUCH HIGHER PRICES - and not filings with the SEC these sales of stock.
3. In order to show, on a year-to-year basis, that Overseas Communications Ltd. ownership has not changed much (even though there have been significant sales), it "acquired" these 1.8 million shares.

Eventually Zwebner released the blackmail details since Les French would not allow himself to be blackmailed.

Everybody,
Lets please try to cool the temperature, and be more civilized to each other.
This week has been a real lesson in life for me and my family. We almost suffered the ultimate tragedy.
My father suddenly and unexpectedly stopped breathing last Sunday evening, and was rushed to hospital emergency where he was revived only after several hours of electro-cardiac treatment performed by a team of super hero doctors.
Thank G-D he is now recovering. We (my family) believe that one of the main causes for this terrible situation was extreme anxiety caused by hearing of my ongoing
''troubles'' with evil and malicious posters on the internet.
These evil and malicious posts take their toll in many ways, and they must stop.
I am asking all of you, irrelevant of which side of the fence you choose to sit, to stop the hate, reduce the anger, and eliminate the venom from not only our TVCP site, but from all chat lines.

Despite the portrayal of myself by Villasenor and others as some kind of a fiend or corporate monster, I have no interest in embarrassing anyone, nor do I really enjoy these internet exchanges.
