VIA makes lots of bus/memory interface chipsets for computers. Does a notebook PC manufacturer need to sign a license with QCOM to put QCOM's chipsets into its motherboard designs for a wireless notebook? I think Via do that type of mother board design work. Am I correct? Thanks.
