I'm not aware of any jail time for either. I know Jimmy, at first on a friendly basis, then not so friendly when I began publicly pointing out in April that I believed his brother to be nothing more than a crook and a liar. (If you have PUBLIC info about this, stop implying and post it. I as well as many more would be very interested.)
It was just at that time Jimmy had squeezed his brother, who by the way Jimmy makes no bones about letting you know he dislikes intensely, but it was about that time he received his 2,000,000 pre-split shares as settlement for not suing RG and the company.
Got a long rambling message left on my service threatening all sorts of action towards me if I didn't stop. (Really worked didn't it? lol) In a subsequent one on one telco ...another threat, a subtle death threat. Nice family.
