Good morning Dealer, I hope I can be excused for breaking my self-imposed exile to comment on the latest focus here on your Porch. It matters not to me if Tom wants to paper trade. However, it threatens the peace (-g) between our threads when others refer to the exercise as being done in full view of, or for the benefit of, the Clown Killers and others on SI. When you spin it this way, you invite/incite others to fire at a large target. Paper trading is laughable as a serious exercise. It may be a useful learning tool for a new trader, but it proves nothing, least of all that it can be done. Much has been written on the subject by folks more learned and experienced than I. I have little doubt you'll eventually achieve your target. So then, my only suggestion is to not claim to others that you are proving a point. Do it for Porch reasons rather than drawing sides as is being done. I am not trying to start something here. I've said what I wanted and I have to be off to finish my prep for the day.
