Hey Contractions are good for banks no? That means rates will go down. If the level goes even lower the FED will have to lower rates. That means JNPR/SCMR/BRCM will all go up because lower rates are good for stocks.

Who cares if all these companies go bankrupt! Rates will go down!!!!!!! YIPEEEEE
