unclewest,

With all these wonderful things that you can access from your cell phone, does your phone use or need a flash memory card to do this?

These sound like real practical uses for sure <g>. For example, being on a fishing boat so antiquated that it doesn't have a TV, so you spend your time on your cell phone looking at a tiny CNN display to get the news. <gg>

Yes and another great demand I see all the time when I am at the beach are people just wishing they could access AMAZON so they can order a book, because they just can't do it any other time. OH YEAH! Why go to the beach or fishing in the first place? <ggg> Oh yes and weather. This is for people at the beach who can't look up at the sky to see what the weather is. <gggg>

And to access CDNOW. What for? To order a CD that I can use for a coaster to set my MP3 player on while I am laying on the towel at the beach looking at ESPN on my tiny cell phone? <ggggg>

I think I am beginning to see why SNDK is at 29.

So back to my original question. Does your cell phone use a flash memory card of any kind?

Oh and the list grows daily. Well that certainly gives me an reason to get up tomorrow and see what has been added to the list. <gggggg>
