Dale -- With the new SEC rules, I expect more CEOs to file earnings' projections similar to Roth's. As the practice becomes more wide-spread, analysts' comments will lose their impact. It will make it harder for a Terayon-type company to fool its shareholders and for a DBAB-type investment bank to fool the public. There are so many ways for investors and managers to make money legitimately, why do we have to put up with dishonesty in any quarter? I'd like to take the Terayons and Lumenons and shove 'em down a sump hole. Fortunately I don't have to. They're doing that very well on their own. Pat
