Good Morning Tom, Happy New Year and hope you prove your point without too much stress.. Just got through reading most of the last few days and see that you have undertaken the task to demonstrate what you have been saying - I applaud your stance and you have my respect and best of wishes my friend... Now, I was wondering if you had seen this, perhaps somewhere else. If you recall - the judge in the ITC case had determined that RMBS was Judge shopping when they withdrew the case and that if RMBS were to bring any such case before the commission again, it should be given to him. RMBS appealed the decision and the ITC has as of yesterday vacated the Judge's decision... dockets.usitc.gov My Regards and Compliments....
