Re : possibility that KREM stock is over-priced -- my approach all along has been :

Some companies' stocks are almost never "cheap."

If you really want to be a shareholder of one of these companies, you just have to "bite the bullet," and BUY, figuring that the worst case is : you happen to get "in" when the stock is "ahead of itself," but ... you will most probably be "bailed out" by the spectacular growth of the business.

If you are having a lot of these serious hesitations about going long, chances are that a many other people are ALSO having the same hesitations, thus ...

Everyone is NOT yet "in" (the way they all were with Cisco Systems or JDS Uniphase -- earlier this year), so ...

Going ahead and JUST DO(ing) IT ! (buy the shares) is probably the correct course of action.

(Also -- do not forget that the "scarcity" value of KREM shares will most probably work in the longs' favor. I still do not see many (or any) comparable company stories out there ...)

Jon.
