Running a Mac forced me to use DTN for over a year.
DTN coupled with an equally INEPT PROGRAM called TICKERWATCHER was the only investment(?) program available for the Macintosh. I have since changed platforms from the Mac to a PC. Could not wait any longer for programmers to get on the Mac bandwagon.
Had an awful time getting DTN to pickup their equipment. Waited for over a month for them to arrange a pick up. Got involved with a few verbal wars with some of their customer service personnel and finally had to tell them to STICK IT - I was going to leave their equipment at my front door and they could pick it up whenever-- I was now leaving for my northern residence. It may still be there, for all I know -- and I could care less.
