Louis, I only trade minis so I don't know about other kinds of contracts but delayed fill reports were daily events, and about once or twice a week the delay would be more than 10 minutes, requiring a call to the trading desk. The answer I usually got was that Globex was behind in reporting. I have no idea if this was true although I accepted it. However, after 3 weeks trading with Interactive Brokers, I have not had a single delayed fill! edit: by delayed report, I mean more than one or two minutes. Usually fills are reported within 3-4 seconds.
