Hi tg - yes, you are absolutely right about the nature of sales. NT has been running a fairly strong backlog, so she is little incentive to bankroll risky deals. I think she did get involved in some equipment for equity deals; however, if memory serves, they probably have little impact on the bottom line. Probably the worst case is that she will use any loss to go against the capital gain in others.

I hope you are right about the economy. I ve been leveraging to such a level that I am assuming the worst is behind us. However, interest rate'd better come down soon :)
