I'm responding to you right now under the assumption that you're merely a misinformed skeptic looking for clarification on a few issues surrounding Qualcomm, and not a pathetic troll who continues to make inane comments whose validity you're highly uncertain of, but couldn't care less about, since you're only goal is take a sadistic pleasure in irritating and annoying those who post and lurk here by means of putting out such innuendo. If, after going through the sources I've brought up, you still somehow persist on stating that Qualcomm's W-CDMA patent position is negligible or nonexistant, I'll have no choice but to conclude that my assumption was well off the mark.
