The NAZ NEW HIGH/NEW LOW LINE is still about the same as yesterday, even in light of the NAZ being down 100. I realise that it takes a few days for the HIGH/LOWs to change, but if they dont worsen, that could be interpreted as a positive. Maybe the last minute tax selling is skewing things.
