Pinhi - Anyone who thinks the selling will stop next week is dreaming. Hope yes..we all do that. But deep down my guess is that the selling accelerates.

Why? well one reason is that everyone expects it to stop. Another is that there is goning to bea tidal wave of bad news and warnings and downgrades and misery. That IMHO starts an hour or so before the opening on Tuesday and it won't stop till any interest rates that Ahab is finally forced to make have had an effect, which, because of this financial vandalism may take years if that.

In fact Brian Finerty on CNBC right now saying that today was awful as it was NOT selling, it was apparently funds selling big names and getting out. He epxects the selling to continue next week.
