Sorry can not respond on that but one thing I can tell you that almost every business in the Third World, Eastern Europe, former USSR, China, India and SE Asia are getting on the internet and are computerizing. I noticed that even poor countries like Moldova corporations now start to have internet presence.(yes and is not the "MD" type) US press and analyst are very tunneled in their view about what is called economy.
