Dear Daniel: Look at Combjelly's cited website from a previous post. That site cites many instances of ICBM RV kills. Take a look and weep for your now refuted claims. Most of the sites you list, are run by people with an axe to grind. A complete refutation of the article you cited is here: gbhap-us.com It takes Postel et al and the cited panel to task for very sloppy science and outright fabrications. The article you cite would not even survive first order scientific scrutiny. It just shows your bias. Pete Pete
