Yeah it was a marketing thing. First to market wins. Now, who's "gonna party like partying like it's 1999?" Remember when Pope Paul VI died? Every detail of the funeral and replacement process was covered on every station, but when his successor John Paul died afew weeks later, they treated it like a re-run. Ho hum. We did that last month.
