Wow! What a kick in the groin article for Q that is.
There are so many Q bombs in there I don't know where to begin.
They could have saved alot of print and just summed it up by just saying IJ is full of SH** and Q investors have been led down the merry path. I don't believe for one second what this Woo person is saying that every manufacturer is claiming they are not paying Q for UMTS royalties. He actually came out and said that it is a false statement by Q. That is a hell of a statement when you think of all the companies that just upgraded their license agreements with Q that have clearly stated in black and white that the license includes Wcdma.

The one annoying thing in the back of my mind is if CDMA2000 is so superior and so much more cost effective, why is it everyone is avoiding it like the plague with a few exceptions such as KDDI, Verizon and Sprint.

And now we have Cingular spitting anti CDMA venom and also debunking the advantage of 1X in existing spectrum by calling that theory alot of Qualcomm Hype.

Well It's Cingular and ATT down, Nextel to kick us next.
