I see a vision of NASDAQ 4200.
We start off slowly but eventually this bear market ends as interest rates drop.
Q2 we begin to see some slight improvement in earnings.
From there technology begins to catch up to some of our desires.
Broadband seeps into more homes.

My prediction of an acquisition would be for AOL/Time Warner to buy Real Networks (RNWK) as a means of distribution of their content.

But then again, I've been wrong all year long...
