carranza2: fyi. no one publicly admits they need a license or infringe a product. that would be an admission and companies don't do that (unless they are terminally stupid). nok will maintain they don't need a license until they are forced (read sued). for example, ericsson maintained non-infringement and further claimed they *owned* soft handoff technology. low and behold, they paid q $250M and purchased the infra-structure. the stock rocketed. my condolences if you base your investment outlook in Q on NOK's comments.
