Fellow TrickleMavens,
Fun to note Trickle's performance versus the NAZ. Not a fair comparison, really, as I got to average in, instead of buying all at once on Nov. 6th. NAZ was well above 3000, so it's down a good 20% while Trickle is down only 1.5% with the best part of biotech seasonality ahead of it. And Trickle is ready with some cash if the big Slam occurs first.
Thanks to all for your help!
As threatened, I will periodically tinker with the subject message and trickle taxonomy. Trickle is mostly done with its buying orgy. It has shot from the hip on occasion because from a contrarian viewpoint, it seems the time is right, shallow research be darned. I will keep learning about all the holdings, posting some relevant news, articles, and cool links. Part of the thread's raison d'etre is to be an educational resource.
Everybody, please keep talking! About the taxonomy, the companies, the products. Coming soon, comments from my first foray into a biotech lab.
Cheers, Tuck |
