Chris, The explanation fits. RACE will probably be in a downtrend until news is released. I think the general market consensus is that its a buy below 14, but it continues to stall at 15 - there is no real desire to pay above this. Without news it will do what its done in the past - drift downwards - as does virtually any stock. RACE is no different . The various gaps, interpreted by various people between 17 - 20, will have to be reckoned with - there are large amounts of shares that were bought at these levels and people will want to get out after a very lengthy time held.
