Weekend Worthless Trivia: The two best taco recipes I have had the pleasure of sampling were made with 1) crumbled deer venison sausage and 2) shredded pheasant meat, lightly marinated. Either requires only the slightest dab of salsa or guacamole to top off the lettuce, cheese and tomato. Best served with frosty cold beer.
