Even you would agree I suppose that it is better to settle things in a Court of law as opposed to with the use of weapons? In our country, no man, even the Presdient, is above the law and we all submit to the legal process. JLA

I would agree under the assumption that a fair and objective finding would be the result of the Court proceedings. In this case, there seems to be some doubt that that has happened. It at least seems as though some of the justices had conflicts of interest that would have been enough to recuse themselves. The fact that they did not, speaks volumes.
