Insider selling is not out of the usual for year end and actually pretty good. Notice that almost no institutions were selling. Most of the insider sells are from employees and as we all know there are many different reasons for employees selling stock. The least of which is stock options expiring and also it is important to note that most employees of any company are simply that employees, and are not stock analyst or experts on the market. insidertrader.com The fundamentals for GLW are still great and I would not concern myself with what amounts to a small amount of stock being sold by employees who obviously purchased the options at a very low price. dawg
