I traded in and out HLIT for the past 2 years and made some profit although not much compared with my SDLI gain. Right now, I like HLIT because its upside potential outweighs its downside risk. I'm not asking you or anyone else to buy the stock. However, I find it funny for someone like you who has sold all his HLIT stock to come out and criticize the company now. What's your point? Just venting for your losses or did you just start short HLIT and try to recover your losses by talking the stock down further? If I sold a company that I thought it's hopeless, I wouldn't look back at it or waste my time debating about it. I would treat it like yesterday's garbage and move on, so what's your motive right now?

Ley is no Chamber. Chamber to me is one of the best salesman in this business.
For a company like CSCO, it rides the internet waves by itself, did you know Chambers' miserable record at IBM? Did you know most of CSCO's acquisition plans are made by someone else? Levy might have done an even better job if he were the CEO of CSCO. You might have done an even better job if you were the CEO there. The CEO ability only shows when the time is tough. I think HLIT's management has the mental toughness just like CIEN's management. As long as their technology is up to date, they'll be fine. In 6 months, HLIT will make me money as long as the economy doesn't crash.
