If you are talking about the character map so you can type Ç, ¢, É and the such: Go to start/accessories/character map here's some info on using it. crystal-reflections.com If you find it's not installed. Go to start/settings/control panel/add-remove programs/windows setup tab/system tools/select details/put checkmark in box for character map. It will prompt you to put your installation disk in and then install. tc
