Very informative post. Thanks. I was also fascinated by the efflux pump program. I like the idea of potentiating antibiotics so that they can work more effectively, and I would imagine if it works they could apply the approach to other antibiotic products. Mostly, it suggests to me that this company is working on truly novel approaches and not just me-too products. It's still too early to know how it will turn out, but the combination of a strong science approach, deep pocketed partners, and a massive potential market all look very promising.
