October 26, 2000, Lightbridge announced a signed definitive agreement under which it will merger with Corsair Communications, a leading provider of real-time pre-paid billing systems for the global wireless industry. Under this agreement, Corsair will become a division of Lightbridge. Lightbridge is headquartered in Burlington, Mass.
