I remember from previous years doing taxes that there's some kind of write-off for stocks that have become worthless. Is that the case we're in here? Do we have to sell the stock or does it just have to be taken out of circulation by a natural decay to zero? I don't understand this stuff. I also don't understand how I put my entire life savings into this stock that is now worth basically nothing. What a tough lesson to learn. Can some rich person out there help me get started again? Joe Murphy? Joe Medsker? Someone?
