fooledalot, I have used FOX + actively for the past year, every time I get upset with fidelity I read the horror stories on bb's about other online brokers and realize my problems are minimal. I have found I get better executions on some stocks than others. For example, I always get bad fills on CIEN,(quit trading it) also once it took 9 min for a market order on JNPR to fill. It was such a bad fill that (6pts higher than when I placed it) they adjusted the price for me when I complained. Of the 800 or so trades I've done this year the JNPR trade was my biggest problem and they worked with me on it. I agree on the website, it sucks. The biggest problem with FOX + is the lack of pre and after market trading. If I could find a broker that I felt confident in that offered those features I'd be gone from fidelity. Oh , if u trade freshly listed foreign stocks they hit u for a 50$ foreign security fee. They split the cost on that w me when I complained also. Also Powerstreet Pro needs at least a 56k connection and they say dsl or cable is best, lots of folks including me don't have that available yet. Anyway sometimes I think I'm the only one in the world that uses FOX + so when I saw your posts I had to throw in my 2 cents FWIW.
