Hi mike,

That was a thoughtful post to M2. I'm particularly interested in this line:
If I were in the top half of wage earners in the country I'd be tempted to vote to protect
those earnings.

I think that many of the top wage earners in this country have no problem with the idea of paying their share of taxes, provided the money is actually filtered to those people and organizations who truly need it.
