O/T Tax question. I need some help figuring out what to do with a $188.01 check I received from the Nasdaq Market-Makers Antitrust Litigation that I didn't know I was part of. The letter with the check in referring to the tax treatment has the following:

Please note that the Internal Revenue Service has issued regulations under Internal Revenue Code Section 468B which provide in part:
"whether a distribution to a claimant is included in the claimant's gross income is generally determined by reference to the claim in respect of which the distribution is made and as if the distribution were made directly by the transferor"

Anybody hazard a guess which line of which form I include this money on from the above?(gg)
