re. my pick TMAX, I see that it was also one of my picks in 1998:

FWIW, it closed 1998 at 5 1/16, and in early-February 1999 it was at 7 1/4 and higher, for a gain of 43%+, as compared to a drop of -6% in the Russell 2000.

This time around, it closed 2000 at 1 5/8, after a much bigger decline than in 1998.
