I would say anyone in his right mind who is going to need gas in November would do that. If I could pay my home heating bill in advance at a 50% discount from current prices I certainly would. The NGA figures indicate that it will be very hard to get much gas into storage over the summer. Maybe by summer of 2002 there will be more production.
