Okay, but I read your post very well the first time... I'm not indicating anything more than what I posted, but having read my own post a second time, it seems I may have indicated more than I initially meant, and you make a very good point...<g> I think once a high level official of the U.S. government makes a comment about some issue in the world, there is the implied pressure of then having to act... I think that may explain why nothing is ever said 'officially' about any specific world event in which the U.S. government chooses not to intervene... GZ
