Paul - Again non-INTC, sorry: FYI, England had a marginal tax rate of 95% for income above £200,000 (or something) back in the seventies (socialist government, yuk). If the income was unearned, there was a supertax of 8%, giving a total of 103% income tax on unearned income. Just count your blessings. England has only just become industrially competitive some 15 years after Maggie (bless her heart) kicked some butt. Richard
