Go to Start/Find/Files&Folders.....type in Crescendo. When it finds it...right click and do uninstall. I believe that is it! Can't hurt! I agree with Carolyn, that program caused problems for me until I got rid of it. We use the latest Media Player and we have not had any problems with it...wonderful sound! (Especially on Carolyn's new song!!)
