Interesting comparison Labrador. Good work. I did see a few things that caught my attention. PLUM derives a larger % of revenues from services than VIAD. Services always have lower margins than SW. This is reflected in the lower GM% for PLUM: 56% vs. 68% for VIAD. This means that PLUM needs to drive more revenue to equal VIADs GP. PLUM also has dramatically more deferred compensation than VIAD. This dead weight will hurt their profit growth. PLUM did show dramatic growth in revenue last quarter. The next report should clarify were the growth is going. Care to do a comparison with SQSW as well?
