Mr.Pink: Fashionmall.com is the subject of an article in today's (01-01-01) NY Times--page C1. With reference to the two buyout offers, company officials were "concerned" about possible stock manipulation. It would appear that there is a connection between two of the companies that have expressed an interest in the Fashionmall.com. Regulators have indicated that they will be looking into it. Scott Shaw
