John, We know for certain there will not be a zero storage. The only question is how much economic impact the supply and demand battle will have. If the weather does not warm there will be consumption reduction by either price or edict - my bet is that there will edicts of some form. Hey - I bet the dems can find a way to blame this on Bush!
