Cramer was on CNBC. Looked good compared to the Joan Rivers clone, Suzi Orman. God, I rather have Cramer blather on than her.

Since Cramer has no stocks in his portfolio. Why not start an actual trade by trade account since most of his picks probably lost money.

He revealed that MO was his biggest winner this year for stocks he was long today on the show.

Let's look at the archives on MO.

"This stock, which now yields north of 5%, is showing all of the signs of a company in the throes of a near-death experience. " 10/17/99

"The people who own Philip Morris are in a jam. This has been a great trust-company stock as well as a mutual fund staple." 10/21/99

"Okay, one more Dow change, and I will shut up. It is time to boot Philip Morris (MO:NYSE - news), which has all the earmarks of a Johns Manville, and substitute Cisco (CSCO:Nasdaq - news). " 10/26/99

"Yep, get ready for the dog of the Dow by Philip Morris (MO:NYSE - news) routine. Count me out. " 12/27/99

"These companies are in the fight of their lives. The stocks are saying they aren't going to win. " 12/28/99

"Does Philip Morris (MO:NYSE - news) think we are all idiots?" 1/24/00

"How about one crummy group of stocks: Philip Morris (MO:NYSE - news), Coke (KO:NYSE - news) and McDonald's (MCD:NYSE - news)." 1/26/00

"Memo to the executives and board members of Philip Morris (MO:NYSE - news): Declare Chapter 11 bankruptcy." 2/11/00

"The most beleaguered stock in the Dow and I don't see a way out unless the company reorganizes." 2/28/00

"If Philip Morris (MO:NYSE - news) promises to send me a check, I won't call a lawyer and ask her to sue them." 3/27/00

"We have also broken a long-standing taboo in our office and gone back to Philip Morris (MO:NYSE - news)." 5/10/00

And we were to buy MO after these reassuring comments. Yeah, sure Cramer.

"At time of publication, his fund was long Yahoo, Viacom, Philip Morris and Texas Instruments." 5/10/00

MO went from ~$24 to $40 in May to present
TXN went from $65 to $47
YHOO went from $120 to $30 Oops.
VIA went from $55 to $47.

JJC can cackled about MO today, but I see three out of four picks in the red.
