I have a Cisco AP340 with di-pole antennas. I'll have to dig a little to get the rest of the specs.

Coverage is decent, going through 3 lath and plaster walls I still get 5Mbps with a distance of about 75 feet. A test in my backyard showed that I got the full 11Mbps out to about 175'.

AP is mounted at about 5' from the floor.
