The only place I disagree with you is on number 7, that an IPO of PLUM would be good for VIAD. That may be true in the short run, but not in the long run. If PLUM has plenty of money, but VIAD is pinching pennies, PLUM may have a substantial advantage in a year that is critical for establishing market share. If VIAD had done a secondary a year ago, they would have the money to blow PLUM away right now, but they didn't, so they don't. Now the risk is that PLUM will have the money to blow VIAD away.
