WEI, many investors are on the sidelines with end of year bonus money and very afraid to step up here. I expect funds to do light buying at these depressed levels and try to scare the RETAIL investor into thinking RISK is too high currently. Then with out warning you look back 4-6 weeks from now and NASD has retraced 30-40% of the downturn. This feels so much like 87 that its WEIRD!! Time is here to step up and buy and hold!! Good luck!
