Samsung on RDRAM market According to this article, Samsung shipped 30 Million RDRAM's at an ASP of $30.00 in 2000. Total Y2000 RDRAM market estimated at $1.7 B. This is ~ 5% of W/W DRAM revenues, and <2% of units. For Y2001, Samsung estimates $3.7B W/W revenues for RDRAM.
