Don Earl: Good post on SAB 101 - been looking at it for awhile, though it's not generally on radar screens, it's going to be this reporting season. Hit's more that high tech - lot's of companies have engaged in channel-stuffing. Beyond that, many companies sell services that are not delivered immediately or have trailing obligations - STEI, that I posted about earlier sells burial contracts where the service isn't performed right away - these guys can have revenue recognition issues that can cause restatements.
