OT: Does the term Neodymium sound familiar in reference to those hydroelectric magnets? I have been reading up on stereo headphones to know which are the absolute best. The Neodymium are apparently far stronger for their weight than any of the others, but very brittle. They are typically made from a rare earth powder mixed with polymers and pressed into the desired shape. Quite interesting actually.

If they are replacing ferrite magnets with Neodymium magnets, the observed improvements should be massive.
